Booking Policy for Naturopathic Services

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Appointments can be scheduled via email, or our online booking system.
  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled online appointment. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. Late arrival may result in a shorter consultation
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:
  • We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Consultation Fees:
  • Consultation fees are due at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
  • Insurance and Payment:
  • We may accept insurance plans. It is the client's responsibility to verify coverage and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted.
  • Any fees not covered by insurance are the client's responsibility and must be paid at the time of service.
  • Confidentiality:
  • All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
  • Treatment Plans: 
  • Naturopathic treatments often involve multiple sessions and a personalised treatment plan. Your naturopath will discuss the recommended plan with you during your initial consultatio n.
  • Arrival 
  • Please arrive online on time for your appointment. 
  • Feedback and Concerns:
  • We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us
  • Informed Consent:
  • By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our booking policy
